         REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) is a non-partisan organization that assists in the election candidates who support private property rights and other issues that have a direct impact on the real estate industry on a local, state and national level.

          REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) is a non-partisan organization that assists in the election candidates who support private property rights and other issues that have a direct impact on the real estate industry on a local, state and national level.

RPAC is funded through voluntary contributions from members of the REALTOR®association. One-hundred percent of RPAC contributions are used to support REALTOR®-friendlycandidates, 70 percent of which goes towards state and local officesand 30 percent is sent to NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®(NAR) to back congressional candidates.

RPAC Contribution Levels

By donating to RPAC, you are making an investment in protecting yourbusiness since RPAC supports candidates who support real estate issuesand private property rights. A minimum donation of $100 also earnsindividuals a place in the RPAC of New Jersey Century Club and an RPACpin. Individual contribution levels are as follows:

NJAR® Century Club $100
NJAR® Capitol Club $250
NJAR® President's Club $500
NAR Major Donors:
Sterling R $1,000
Golden R $5,000
Hall of Fame $1,000 annually for a lifetime total of at least $25,000

NJAR® is proud of its four members who been inducted into the prestigious RPAC "Hall of Fame." NJAR®Past Presidents Christina P. Clemans, Charles Oppler, Edward A. Wardand Gloria Woodward have received recognition from the NATIONALASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®(NAR) for annual contributions of$1,000 or more, resulting in an aggregate life time total of at least$25,000. A list of RPAC "Hall of Fame"members is displayed on therooftop terrace of NAR's Washington, D.C.building.

*Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributionsto RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You maycontribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse tocontribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS®orany of its state associations or local boards will not favor ordisfavor anymember because of the amount contributed. 70% of eachcontribution is used by RPAC of New Jersey to support state and localpolitical candidates. Until RPAC of New Jersey reaches its RPAC goal,30% is sent to National RPAC to support federalcandidates and ischarged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after RPAC of NewJersey reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entirecontribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.
