REALTORS(R) COMMERCIAL ALLIANCE
The PCBOR Commercial Alliance has been developed to assist in providing our membership with the information, skills and services pertaining to commercial real estate. The vision of Board is to assist agents in developing the skills necessary for an understanding of the commercial marketplace. Additioanlly, to attract, retain and enhance the PCBOR services for our Commercial practicioners. Initially, these goals can be accomplished by launching a series of workshops in conjunction with the Professional Development Committee which will be targeted to all levels of commercial training. Further goals will be to investigate services and networking opportunities for the overall commercial business practicioner. The objective will be to become chartered with the National Association of REALTORS as a certified REALTOR Commercial Alliance Association.This committee normally meets: at the Board Office
