PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS COMMITTEE
Once a complaint has been forwarded to the Chairperson of the Professional Standards Committee from the Grievance Committee it is the responsibility of the Chairperson set a hearing panel of an uneven amount, no less than three and no more than five members. Those REALTORS® serving on the Professional Standards Hearing Panels shall complete mandatory, annual training. Hearing Panels shall conduct themselves in accordance with the highest of professionalism, confidentiality and judicial temperament as established within the National Association of REALTORS Code of Ethics and Arbitration strict guidelines.This committee normally meets: as needed
