MULTIPLE LISTING COMMITTEE
This Committee is comprised of REALTOR® members, including the chairperson, all of which shall be GSMLS Participants. Our Association maintains a vote on the GSMLS Advisory Board and participates monthly at the MLS Committee meetings. The Board of Directors appoints two representatives to represent the Passaic County Board of REALTORS® on the MLS Committee. With the advice and consent of the Board of Directors, recommendations are made on behalf of the Board Members. The Association provides as a service center in helping each member register for the multiple listing services and to assign electronic keycards and lockboxes. This committee will meet quarterly to make recommendations and express concerns.This committee normally meets: at the Board Office
