MEDIATION OFFICERS
The Passaic County Board of REALTORS® offers mediation to its members as referenced in Appendix I to part five of the Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual of the National Association of REALTORS®® as may be revised or amended.
APPOINTMENTS: The Board shall have not less than two Mediators who have completed a course of training, and who shall be appointed for a term of not less than two years each. Mediators must participate in annual, mandatory Professional Standards training.
SERVICE: Mediation officers shall not serve concurrently as members of the Grievance or Professional Standards Committees. Not more than one member of the Board of Directors shall serve concurrently as a Mediation officer.
